All clients are provided with respect, modesty & privacy for all treatments. For privacy, the therapist keeps all personal information confidential and use it strictly for the purpose of treatment.
Referrals may be suggested if client's needs are outside of our scope of practice.

EFFECTIVE APRIL 1st, 2017 we will no longer accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.
It is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients. In this effort, we strictly adhere to the following policies:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without giving prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services for their “missed” appointment. Fee will be billed on the scheduled appointment date. If using a coupon deal, special promotion offer or gift certificate, or Spa Finder voucher will be redeemed and forfeited. Cancelations made one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a 'NO SHOW' and will be billed accordingly.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for any reason, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we reserve the right to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If it is determined that there isn't enough time to start a treatment, the appointment will be considered a "no-show". Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you agree that you are responsible and will be charged for 100% of your scheduled services. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other guest(s), please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointment.
