We understand and respect that some may not approve of our policies. Please do not schedule here with us if you are unable/unwilling to abide by or accept our policies set forth.
We schedule by appointment only. We do not have staff readily available for walk-ins, but we're happy to take same day appointments provided we have availability. WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO SECURE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME REQUESTED. We accept all major credit cards. With advance notice, we are able to accommodate couples and a small group of three.
WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO SECURE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME REQUESTED. Unless you have a Gift Certificate, we do not 'HOLD' appointments without a secured payment at any time for any reason. We accept ALL major credit cards or debit logos. If an appointment is canceled within less than a 24 hour notice, the credit card on file given will be charged 50% of services scheduled and 100% if appointment is a 'NO SHOW'. In the case of Gift Certificates, they will be forfeited/redeemed and no longer valid.
We accept SPA FINDER WELLNESS/SPA WISH Tuesday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm valid towards non-discounted services only. If you fail to mention that you have a Spa Finder at the time of scheduling and you schedule on Saturday or Sunday, your credit card on file will be billed accordingly. Spa Finder cards will be redeemed at the time services are scheduled. Credit will go on your account and cannot be undone.

Our Cancellation Policy
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT E-MAIL CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU CANCEL VIA E-MAIL, PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR CANCELLATION DURING BUSINESS HOURS. If you cancel during non-business hours, we may not receive your cancellation. With that, you are still bound by our policy.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we strictly adhere to the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice your credit card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. This amount will be charged to you the day of your scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without giving prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services for their “missed” appointment. Fee will be charged to your credit card on file on the scheduled appointment date. If using a coupon deal, special promotion offer or gift certificate, or Spa Finder voucher will be redeemed and forfeited. Cancellations made one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a 'NO SHOW' and will be billed accordingly.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late for any reason, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. IF YOU DO NOT CALL, WE MAY ASSUME YOU ARE A 'NO SHOW'. Depending upon how late you arrive, we reserve the right to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If it is determined that there isn't enough time to start a treatment, the appointment will be considered a "no-show". Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you agree that you are responsible and will be charged for 100% of your scheduled services. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other guest(s), please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointment.
Spa Finders are redeemed at the time of scheduling. Spa Finder, deals & special promotion offers cancellation policies may vary, but the rules above apply.
NOTE: Our e-mail confirmations & call reminders are a courtesy. Your scheduling your appointment with us is your/our confirmation. We strongly encourage you to set your own reminders for your appointments. Your not receiving an e-mail confirmation or a reminder for your appointment is not a valid excuse for foregoing your scheduled appointment.
